About the Role:

As a Maintenance Manager with Tremron, you are responsible for:

- Oversight of the Maintenance Operations Personnel

- Implementing a Preventative Maintenance Program (with documentation and record keeping that is easily accessible)

- Diagnosing Mechanical Problems and Determining how to Correct Them

- Dismantling and Reassembling Plant and Machinery Equipment

- Assisting in Selection and Installation of Replacement Equipment

- Constructing Replacement Parts to Specification (Fabrication)

- Evaluating Cost and Inventory Control

- Safety Inspections (for OSHA, EPA, and Company Compliance)

- Utilization of a CMMS program

About You:

The ideal candidate will be able to:

- Conduct Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, PLC, and Conveyor System Diagnoses

- Conduct Root-Cause Analysis and Implementing Solutions

- (They also will have some experience in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Work, Management, and Be Aware of the Safety Procedures Needed to Conduct Themselves Ethically, in this Role.)

- Work in a dusty, climate-controlled, industrial environment
