The Role
T1 Energy is looking to hire a Logistics Coordinator for Finished Goods, who is responsible for the execution, tracking, and documentation of all outbound finished goods shipments from T1 facilities and third-party (3PL) warehouses. This role ensures full visibility of shipments from dispatch through delivery, maintaining alignment with customer requirements and T1 load plans.
This position serves as a central point of coordination between carriers, customers, and warehouse partners, ensuring accurate communication, shipment visibility, and complete documentation across all finished goods movements.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate outbound finished goods shipments from T1 facilities, including both LTL and full truckload moves
- Monitor and track all outbound shipments from 3PL warehouses, ensuring alignment with T1 load plans and customer requirements
- Communicate with customers, carriers, and warehouse partners to confirm delivery addresses, appointment times, and hours of operation
- Provide accurate, real-time ETA updates for all outbound shipments delivering to customers
- Ensure all outbound transportation activity follows DOT regulations and company requirements
- Collect, organize, and maintain all shipment documentation for finished goods movements, including shipments from both T1 facilities and 3PL warehouses
- Manage Proof of Delivery (POD) collection and ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and properly stored
- Validate shipment details across systems and partners to ensure consistency in load plans, shipment status, and delivery confirmation
- Proactively identify and communicate shipment exceptions, including delays, missed appointments, and delivery issues
- Coordinate closely with 3PL partners and onsite operations to maintain shipment visibility and execution flow
- Maintain accurate shipment data and status updates within internal system
- ETA accuracy and communication consistency
- POD collection completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
- Documentation accuracy and organization (factory and 3PL shipments)
- Shipment visibility and tracking accuracy across all locations
- Exception identification and communication speed- 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations
- Experience working with 3PL warehouses and managing shipment visibility across multiple locations
- Strong understanding of LTL and full truckload shipping
- Working knowledge of DOT regulations related to outbound transportation
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills, particularly in documentation control and tracking
- Ability to manage high shipment volumes while maintaining accuracy
- Strong communication skills across internal teams, carriers, customers, and warehouse partners
- Experience supporting finished goods distribution in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with EXW/FCA shipments and customer-managed pickups
- Experience with TMS/WMS systems and document management processes

Success requires consistent execution, strong coordination across multiple stakeholders, and the ability to manage high volumes of information without gaps in tracking or reporting.
