Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Workday Learning Administrator to support the transition from our current SuccessFactors LMS to Workday Learning Management System (LMS). This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless migration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of learning content, driving employee development and organizational growth.
- Data Migration: Assist in transferring data from SuccessFactors LMS to Workday Learning.
- Module Administration: Oversee configuration, administration, and ongoing maintenance of the Workday Learning modules.
- Content Management: Collaborate with training teams to upload and organize courses and resources.
- User Support: Provide technical assistance to employees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate system reports to measure effectiveness and identify improvements.
- Training Coordination: Support the planning and execution of new training program rollouts.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in system reviews and user testing to enhance the user experience.
- Experience with Workday Learning or similar LMS (SuccessFactors preferred).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Workday Learning or similar LMS administration certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
