Evolve Surface Strategies is a professional consulting firm specializing in land acquisition, right-of-way, environmental, regulatory, and community engagement services. Our team supports major infrastructure projects across the

United States and Canada.

Our Michigan team is growing, and we are looking for a Land Analyst who is organized, detail-oriented, curious, and excited to learn a specialized and rewarding career

No direct industry experience required. We are willing to train the right person!

If you have experience in detail orientated roles such as administration, legal support, real estate, title work or customer service, your skills may transfer well into this position.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Prepare and organize land and right-of-way documents

• Review ownership information, maps, agreements, and project records

• Support project teams with tracking, reporting, and file management

• Coordinate project mailouts and stakeholder communications

• Assist with title review, land administration, and project documentation

• Help ensure project information is accurate, organized, and moving forward
