The Junior Legal Assistant will support administrative and operational support to the legal team, handling U.S.-based matters in capital markets, corporate, M&A, finance, intellectual property, project finance, real estate, compliance, and technology.
- Manage calendars, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Maintain filing systems and legal databases.
- Support client communications and basic research.
- 1–2 years
of experience as a
legal assistant or in an administrative legal role
