What you will do:
POSITION SUMMARY
Aerzen USA’s Information Technology team supports a growing network spanning 16 offices across 8 countries in North and South America. As an IT Systems and Collaboration Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and the document management system (ELO). You will be responsible for administering systems such as Microsoft 365 and ELO, while also being able to provide first and second support for network and server-related issues up to 50% of the time. •Administer and support the ELO Document Management System, ensuring efficient document storage, retrieval, sharing, and compliance with organizational standards.
•Train and support employees in the effective use of ELO, promoting best practices for document management and workflow efficiency.
•Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, to enhance communication and productivity across the organization.
•Support the development and maintenance of SharePoint sites, acting as a technical resource for site structure, permissions, and functionality—without being responsible for content creation.
•Provide second-level technical support for server and network infrastructure issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
•Monitor system performance and usage of collaboration platforms, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
•Maintain documentation related to Microsoft 365 and ELO, including configurations, procedures, and user guides.
•Deliver technical training and support to staff across all subsidiaries, ensuring consistent use of collaboration tools and document systems.
•Ensure compliance with IT policies, industry standards, and directives from the parent company, particularly in areas of data governance and security.
•Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for collaboration and document management systems.
•Assist in conducting regular security audits and vulnerability assessments related to Microsoft 365 and ELO environments.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects, system upgrades, and process improvements.

Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
Qualifications:
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and best practices.
•Strong documentation and reporting skills.
•Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Document Management Systems, particularly ELO.
•Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365.
•Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
•Experience with user administration and access control.
•Knowledge of scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
•Experience with network security and monitoring tools.
•Basic operating knowledge of and experience with personal computers and peripherals. Operating knowledge of and experience with typical office equipment, such as telephones, copier, fax machine, E-mail, etc.
•Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Azure, Sharepoint, OneDrive, ELO.
Certifications &Licenses:
Microsoft Certifications are a plus.
