PURPOSE OF POSITION

Reporting directly to the Corporate IT Manager, the IT Administrator is responsible for delivering IT services at Nortrak’s manufacturing facilities. The IT Administrator provides support to end users and manufacturing facilities with their hardware and software needs, and monitors and maintains networks, IT systems and services to ensure security, availability and uninterrupted access to network resources in designated plants.

This position is based in Birmingham, AL and will be supporting three locations: Birmingham AL, Knoxville TN, and Newton KS. The position requires occasional travel to additional plant locations to support operational needs.
