Establish and lead the sales initiatives to realize order bookings based on provided estimates to customer base and opportunities directly and indirectly with customer base for DILO Company Inc. and DILO Direct in the assigned region(s). The individual will be responsible for development of opportunities, account planning, defining strategies to grow existing business volume and penetrate new and existing customer accounts to achieve greater market share. He/she will be responsible for supporting and representing sales managers within their respective region. Strategic engagement in proposal and sales processes will be required.
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Must have strong customer service skills
- Must have strong skills with Microsoft Office and Outlook applications
- Understand the use of enterprise resource planning tools for quote and sales order processing
- Proficient with math and analytics
The individual will be working in a dynamic and challenging office environment. This will be on their own and at times with team members.
He or she will be required to learn about the DILO portfolio of equipment and services provided to the end users. They will also need to learn about the multi-industry customer base.
