Our focus is on API 6D products such as Slab Gate Valves, Expanding Gate Valves, and Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves, ensuring timely availability. As the authorized distributor for WALWORTH Valves in the US and Canada, TWC maintains a robust distribution network to deliver products wherever and whenever they are needed.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Stafford, TX. The Inside Sales Representative will handle lead generation, manage customer accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide customer service. They will be responsible for generating new business leads, managing customer relationships, meeting sales goals, and taking a proactive approach in understanding the needs of customers to deliver the best solutions.

Qualifications

- Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation

- Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service

- Proficiency in Account Management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is preferred

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous
