Sales Coordinator

Northwest Pump is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for equipment order entry for the Petroleum Division, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and delivered promptly. What will this position do?

- Accurately convert customer orders into sales orders, ensuring all details are captured to meet client expectations.

- Efficiently enter orders using Infor CSD, supporting a smooth fulfillment process.

- Review and approve order confirmations to guarantee accuracy and compliance with company standards.

- Proactively monitor orders, ensuring on-time delivery and addressing any issues promptly.

- Assist in resolving vendor invoice discrepancies, collaborating with other departments to ensure accuracy.

- Work closely with our outside salesman to meet the highest standards of customer service

- Foster professional and positive communication with employees, customers, and vendors, contributing to strong and lasting business relationships.

What are we looking for?

- Minimum two years of experience in sales coordination or similar role

- Excellent ability to engage and communicate with customers and vendors

- Must have excellent math, problem solving, and decision-making skills

- Must be detail oriented, ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively

- Intermediate computer skills with programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential; basic internet skills for research required

- Ability to work autonomously, and as a team; self-motivated

- Proven history of being reliable and dependable; ability to perform work with minimal to no supervision/ assistance

What else?

- This is a full-time position, working regular business hours, Monday through Friday
