Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and hardworking Inside Sales and Operations Coordinator to support to assist our sales team in achieving targets and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in inside sales and customer service, with the ability to coordinate effectively and communicate clearly. This role requires a strategic thinker who can handle multiple priorities while fostering a positive team environment. Time management, and ability to work independently are crucial.
- Assist the sales team as required to achieve sales goals. Daily quoting, order processing, and logistics as required.
- Daily operations including inventory control, coordinating with shipping / receiving, installers and management.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Proven experience in inside sales within industrial or mining sales environments.
- Computer proficiency
- Experience with sales software, specifically Sage ERP Accpac, is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
