Overtime Status: Non- Exempt

Braen Supply, the premiere landscape, masonry, and hardware building supplier in the greater tri-state area, is currently seeking an Inside Sales Associate who is able to work at our locations (Haledon, Randolph & Wanaque, NJ).

We are a safety minded company and expect the successful candidate to be as well. This position is hourly, non-exempt from overtime. Overtime is paid after 40 hours are worked each week. Hours of work are will vary. This position may be subjected to seasonal layoffs.

Expectations/ Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

- Candidate will be very customer service oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Exercise exceptional customer service via phone, email and in person

- Experience with masonry, landscape and hardware products is preferred but not required

- Answer Phones

- Extensive product knowledge will be expected

- Ability to multitask

- Ability to stay calm under pressure

- Possess patience when assisting contractors and homeowners

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Hours of work are generally 7:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 1:00pm on Saturdays.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Aptitudes:

- Provide friendly customer service

Excellent math skills

Travel:

- Position requires travel within our Braen Supply locations: Haledon, Randolph and Wanaque, NJ

Pay Rate: $19.00-0$23.00/Hour
