This position reports to our Director of Service Operations
- Create and sell maintenance agreements
- Develop and maintain agreement offerings for all branches
- Support sales & service customer growth
- Process and track agreements
- Ensure accurate entry, tracking, and lifecycle management
- Maintain visibility into active, expired, and pending agreements
- Manage maintenance agreement program & data
- Own program structure, documentation, and compliance
- Maintain clean, reliable data across systems
- Rehlko maintenance agreement reporting
- Integrate Rehlko tools for reporting and insights
- Ensure timely, accurate and actionable reporting
- Renewals and Price Escalation
- Lead renewal workflows and customer communications
- Apply annual price escalations based on labor and market trends
- Bi-Annual Labor Rate Review
- Conduct labor rate analysis twice per year
- Recommend adjustments to maintain margin and competitiveness
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of legal requirements pertaining to relevant contracts
- Work with a sense of urgency to assess and manage service priority situations
- Responsive to customer inquiries; Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent internal and external customer relations skills
- High Attention to detail
- Able to stay calm under pressure with changing priorities and switching between multiple tasks throughout the day
- Ability to meet deadlines and make critical decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Computer literate in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.), especially experience with significant email volume
