INFORMATION MANAGER
Job Summary:
The Information Manager leads the integration, optimization, and management of Dugan Production Corp.’s key information systems, including PRAMS, W Energy, ESRI ArcGIS, ADP, SharePoint, Enverus, and other platforms critical to operational success. Reporting to the Vice President of Administration, this role ensures seamless system connectivity, data integrity, and standardized processes that support compliance and operational efficiency. By aligning information strategies across Accounting, Operations, and other departments, the Information Manager strengthens cross-functional communication and enhances enterprise-wide decision-making.
In support of Dugan Production Corp.’s mission to deliver consistent and responsible energy production, the Information Manager leverages technology to streamline operations and foster innovation. This role plays a pivotal part in realizing the company’s vision of becoming a top oil producer in the San Juan Basin by driving long-term system ownership, expanding document control and internal reporting capabilities, and developing future technical leaders to meet evolving business needs.
Essential Duties:
•Oversee the integration and ongoing optimization of PRAMS, W Energy, ESRI ArcGIS, ADP, SharePoint, Enverus, and related platforms.
•Champion the expansion of document control solutions and internal reporting tools to support operational excellence.
•Ensure accurate, timely, and secure data management across systems.
•Provide leadership in cross-functional projects to improve data flow and user experience.
•Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvement.
•Partner with leadership to align system capabilities with company growth strategies.
•Proactively collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and other departments to ensure enterprise-wide alignment of information systems.
•Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and coordinate vendor support as needed.
•Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, integrations, and user guides.
•Provide training and support to system users across the organization.
•Develop and mentor future technical leaders within the department to support succession planning and team growth.
•Prepare status updates and reports for executive leadership.
•Collaborate with department leaders to identify information management needs and solutions.
•Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Education and Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in information management, IT, or related field.
•Experience with system integrations and cross-functional project leadership.
•Experience supervising technical teams preferred.
•Familiarity with oil and gas industry systems and operations preferred.
Working Conditions:
•Office-based with occasional site visits as needed
•Occasional extended hours may be required during month-end close, audits, or project deadlines.
