The Information Analyst Manager is responsible for hiring and onboarding analysts, ensuring the team is well-resourced to meet project demands across multiple disciplines. They manage performance through goal setting, regular feedback, and accountability for OKRs, KPIs, and budget performance. The role also involves guiding career development and maintaining team alignment with strategic objectives through structured performance and workload management.
Required Skills
•Execution Accountability: Monitor and manage KPIs/OKRs for direct reports.
•Resource Planning & Allocation: Resource teams across disciplines and solve staffing gaps.
•Client Engagement & Solution Selling: Translate abstract concepts into concrete client value.
•Project Scope & Contract Guidance: Guide scoping efforts and manage scope/budget breakdowns.
