Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

A Maintenance Technician is responsible for the following duties:

- Preventative Maintenance: Plan, execute, and oversee preventative maintenance on production equipment and facilities.

- Repair Work: Conduct essential repairs on production equipment to maintain optimal performance.

- Maintenance Documentation: Document maintenance activities, including date, time, and specific details, for precise tracking and reporting.

- Facility Upkeep: Maintain the premises, including yard maintenance and snow removal, to ensure a safe and clean environment.

- Safe Equipment Operation: Operate equipment safely in compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.

Compensation

- The starting pay range for this position is $20-$24 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.

Day Shift

- Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm

Qualifications

- Proficient in hydraulics, air systems, pneumatic controls, electrical systems, welding, and mechanical understanding.

- Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and ability to excel in a team environment.

- Willing to work flexible hours and capable of working independently with minimal guidance.
