Job Description

Our Industrial Rescue and Safety Technicians provide standby confined space and high angle rescue services to our clients on a variety of industrial jobsites:

Responsibilities

- Standby Safety Attendant

- Radio Communications

- Paperwork – managing confined space permits, rescue plans, toolbox talks, field tickets, timesheet ect.

- Monitoring contract workers in confined spaces on Industrial sites

Education and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be able to speak and read English fluently.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, always changing environment.

Ability to work as a member of a team.

Must consent to and pass a criminal record and drivers abstract.

Benefits:

This has the potential to become unionized position with Health care and Pension. Annual increases are included as per Collective Agreement.

Job Type: Seasonal

Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $18.75-$22.16 per hour
