Logistics / Toolroom Attendant

Job Overview

SWF Industrial is an established welding and fabricating business in the York, PA area that offers a full range of turnkey services that include installation and start up.

Receiving: Unload trucks, follow receiving procedures, check for correct sizes, material type, quantities, material certs, etc. before receiving in system, completing tags, and staging material.

Shipping: Load trucks as necessary.

Toolroom Management:

- Keep toolroom stocked with supplies, tools, and place orders with purchasing as required.

- Assist team members at toolroom window with supplies they need and signing out to jobs as required.

- Work with Logistics Manager and other SWF location crew to move materials between locations.

Other Responsibilities:

- Follow ISO quality guidelines and internal SOP’s.

- Receive UPS and third-party deliveries.

- Prepare and get labels for UPS packages to go out.

- Prepare vendor returns.

- Build skids and crates as needed.

- Help keep yard clean and organized.

- Monitor and schedule scrap and trash dumpster services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
