Job Responsibilities:
•Supports human resources processes by administering tests, scheduling interviews, conducting orientations, maintaining records and information.
•Manages and runs company social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn).
•Recruit candidates and conduct phone screenings.
•Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
•Provides administrative support by entering, formatting, and printing information.
•Answers the telephone, relays messages, and helps the Human Resources department wherever needed.
•Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
•Helps with customer service duties.
•Supports the accounting department by fulfilling general office duties.
Human Resources Assistant Qualifications / Skills:
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
•Prior experience in human resource roles is preferred
•Some schooling in human resources is preferred
•Familiarity with Microsoft office and Google Suite software a plus
