Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant who has knowledge and experience in Hiring, Recruiting, Personnel File Management, and is motivated to get involved with a fast paced and growing company.
Duties
•Manage and organize files, ensuring easy access to important documents.
•Posting Hiring Needs, Reviewing Resumes, Applications and screening them before sending to Managers.
•Onboarding Employees into required Hiring systems.
•Occasional Audits within Safety platforms.
•Conducting Interviews on occasion.
•Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
•Assist in calendar management by scheduling appointments and meetings for HR Director.
•Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed, including travel arrangements and expense tracking.
•Oversee general office management duties, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
•Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and enhance productivity.
Requirements
•Proficiency in Google Drive, Excel
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Paychex Hiring Systems experience.
•Experience with file management and office systems.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
•Ability to work independently while being part of a team-oriented environment.
