Primary Job Duties:
•Assist with recruitment, including vetting candidates, assisting with interviews and onboarding.
•Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.
•Compiling and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records.
•Assist with payroll processing and related requests such as VOEs, garnishments, tax changes and direct deposits.
•Support internal employee training programs.
•Entering employee data into multiple computer databases.
•Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations.
•Writing and submitting reports on general HR activities
•Maintaining I-9 documents
•Assist and coordinate employee lunches and celebrations
•Take full ownership of assigned tasks
Primary Qualifications:
•Three or more years experience in Human Resources
•Human Resources certification is a plus (i.e., PHR)
•Working knowledge of HR functions and best practices
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
•Previous experience with HR and payroll software is a plus
•Exceptional interpersonal skills
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Word and Excel)
•Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed
•Reliable, consistent attendance is a must
•Must pass post-offer federal level drug test and background check.
