Indiana Wheel Company (IWC) is a family owned and operated company that specializes in manufacturing high quality steel wheels for the RV and Utility Trailer industries. IWC is one of many subsidiaries under the Lionshead Industries umbrella which provides continuous growth and opportunities.
The HR Manager/Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for maintaining a positive work environment through employee engagement as well as reconciling vendor invoices to ensure accurate and timely payments are made on behalf of the company. These responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
o Working with management team to assist in documenting and resolving employee conflicts
o Managing employee engagement activities such as weekly recognition boards and holiday events
o Reconcile and enter vendor invoices timely and accurately
o Reconcile shipping packing lists to match up with invoices to confirm receipt for payment
o Maintain documentation and reports for year end filing
· Education: Minimum high school diploma, preferred minimum of 2 years of related HR experience
· Functional Skills: High attention to detail, strong organization, ability to prioritize and multi-task in fast paced work environment
· Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, experience with payroll and accounting programs (Quickbooks and Paychex preferred)
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bi-Lingual preferred
· Leadership Skills: Professional and demonstrates high level ability to work with and develop employees
· Full-time (42.5 hours/week) at office facility in Plymouth
