The Onboarding Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition for new hires into the organization. They manage the onboarding process from offer acceptance through the first days of employment, coordinating logistics, facilitating introductions, and ensuring all necessary documentation and training are completed. This role supports a positive employee experience and helps new team members feel engaged and prepared from day one. This role also oversees the Immigration processes at Conservice, as well as several other various tasks that the position may require to support the Talent Acquisition Team.
Work Type: Hybrid (3 days a week onsite)
- Onboard all employees, contractors, and offshore (BPO) hires
- Order and review all background checks and screenings, ensuring compliance with company policy and consulting with Legal Teams when necessary
- Manage the entire Onboarding Process and maintain onboarding materials, creating new material when necessary
- Create and maintain Talent Acquisition Standard Operating Procedures and Process Maps
- Coordinate new hire setup information with Leadership, IT, and Training Teams
- Conduct onboarding paperwork audits, including I-9 compliance reviews
- Oversee changes in state and federal requirements for new employees
- Send monthly post class summary reporting to senior leadership
- Maintain professional relationships with various teams and vendors
- Oversee employee Visa and Immigration processes, ensuring all employees remain in eligible status
- Any other responsibility or tasks requested by the Director of Talent Acquisition
