As a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Project Specialist, you will play a lead role in putting cutting edge systems and technology into the hands of employees across the organization. Minimum Qualifications Include
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with HR systems functionality required
- Ability to work off-hours and on weekends for projects and/or support as needed required
- Ability to travel to remote work sites up to 10-20% of the time required
- Ability to work on-site, in-person at the Valero San Antonio location required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or related area preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into clear instruction for end users preferred
- Experience in implementing and maintaining systems as a functional or configuration expert preferred
