We’re looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team and support key HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and onboarding. - Manage onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
- Maintain HR systems (HRIS) and ensure accurate data entry.
- Provide HR support on policies, employee relations, and compliance.
- Assist with payroll, benefits, and leave administration.
- Support performance reviews, training programs, and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for improvement.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in HR, including HRIS management (Paylocity preferred).- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Efficient problem solving and decision-making when any human resources issues arise.
- Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
