JM Test Systems is looking for a detail-driven, people-focused HR Operations Specialist to join the HR team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for keeping our HR processes running smoothly—from HRIS data accuracy and onboarding new hires to benefits support and compliance documentation. You’ll collaborate with HR, payroll, IT, and benefits teams to ensure employees have a consistent, positive experience from start to finish.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS; run audits, prepare reports, and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, including system setup/deactivation, orientation, and completion of required documentation.
- Support benefits administration—process enrollments, qualifying event changes, and employee questions; assist with communications and data accuracy during open enrollment.
- Organize and maintain compliant employee files; manage shared HR inboxes; track and follow up on certifications, licenses, and other required documents.
- Act as a liaison between HR, payroll, IT, and benefits to ensure timely and accurate communication of employee changes.
- Provide administrative and project support for HR initiatives, including system upgrades, process improvements, and maintenance of SOPs and templates.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, coordination, or administrative roles.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms (ADP, UKG, Paycom, Workday, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in multi-site or multi-state organizations.
- Familiarity with benefits or payroll processes.
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus.
