Senior HR Specialist

Soelect Inc. is a fast-growing, multi-patented clean technology startup located in Greensboro, NC. Soelect has developed an advanced lithium metal composite anode that, when combined with a solid-state or liquid electrolyte, significantly increases energy density, power and safety while also lowering manufacturing costs through our patented material design and proprietary processes.

Position Brief

- Sr. HR specialist / Office Department

- Position: Full Time: 40hrs per week / On-site M-F / Greensboro, NC

- Salary range: Up to $70,000 per year

Qualification

- Minimum B.S. degree.

- Manufacturing HR experience is required.

- Local to North Carolina preferred.

- HR related License is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain an effective recruitment pipeline to attract top talent.

- Serve as a recruitment expert, including strategic hiring and workforce planning.

- Oversee daily human resources operations, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

- Manage HRIS platforms such as Paychex, ADP, NetSuite, and other related systems.

- Provide comprehensive support to the management team across a range of HR functions and initiatives.
