We’re a busy custom sheet metal company in Langley, BC looking for an organized, dependable Office Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
•Answer phones and greet customers
•Handle basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, invoicing)
•Process shipments and coordinate supporting documents
•Maintain office supplies and general organization
Requirements:
•Fluent in English (written and verbal)
•Strong organizational and communication skills
•Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
•Previous office or customer service experience preferred
•Must be legally allowed to work in BC
•Reliable transportation to and from Office location
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
