Small family owned business seeking a Front Desk Receptionist/Office Support Staff. The ideal candidate requires strong skills in computers, organization, clerical and communication. The job also requires excellent phone etiquette, customer service abilities and willingness to help fellow employees. The person will be responsible for processing purchase orders, acknowledgements, RGAs, O & M manuals, answering phones, data entry and other various tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and ability to learn new software systems.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., phone systems, printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
