Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. Duties
•Manage daily office operations, including filing, typing, and data entry.
•Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
•Maintain organized records and files using both physical and computerized systems.
•Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as needed.
•Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record keeping.
•Support the dental receptionist duties by scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
•Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow within the office.
•Implement office management best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
•Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position is preferred.
•Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
•Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
•Ability to provide outstanding customer support and maintain a positive attitude.
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
