Provide clerical assistance to Fleet Director to ensure all shops run effectively and new equipment is delivered on time.
1) Assist Fleet Director with daily tasks and communications
1) Minimum Education Required: High school diploma, secondary education a plus.
2) Minimum Experience: Work experience a plus
3)Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite e.g., Word, Excel, & Outlook.
4) Experience with RTA (fleet software), Vista, and Smartsheet is a plus, but not required
5) Ability to understand and carry out oral and written directions
6) Aptitude for learning
7) Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
8) Enjoys working for and with others
9) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
10) Logical deductive reasoning
11) Reliability in checking own work to ensure accuracy
12) Takes responsibility and ensures the job is completed
13) Well-organized and able to carry out assignments with minimal supervision
14) Willing to go the extra mile and a half - and then some if needed!
15) Required: The ability to take notes at all meetings and distribute them as requested by management
