JOB SUMMARY: Wright Service Corp. is seeking a part-time Fleet Administrative Assistant to support our Fleet Services team during core business hours. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual seeking a consistent, family-friendly work schedule. The position is part-time, Monday through Friday, approximately 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with flexibility within standard business hours. You will assist with the day-to-day administration of our national fleet, ensuring that vehicles and equipment are well-documented, maintained, and compliant so our field crews can safely and effectively serve utility partners across the country.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions:
•Process and submit invoices for payment in a timely and accurate manner.
•Manage vehicle title documentation, including acquisition, transfers, and updates.
•Handle incoming and outgoing mail through USPS, UPS, and other carriers.
•Prepare and submit title and registration applications in compliance with state and local regulations.
•Perform data entry related to vehicle titling, registration, and renewals.
•Maintain both physical and digital records of vehicle titles and registrations.
•Assemble required forms and credentials for vehicle accident packets.
•Serve as a point of contact for field crews and managers regarding title and registration renewals.
•Provide general administrative and office support to the Fleet Services department, as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
•High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework or a degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred.
•2+ years of administrative experience, preferably related to fleet, construction, utilities, or logistics.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook); experience with fleet software (e.g., Samsara, Fleetio) is a plus.
•Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to work independently during a shortened day.
•Clear communication skills; comfortable interacting with both office staff and field personnel.
•Familiarity with DOT/FMCSA requirements is helpful but not required.
