Fleet Supervisor
About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Supervisor to oversee and manage our organization's vehicle fleet operations and maintenance programs. This role combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills to ensure optimal performance of both our mobile assets and equipment infrastructure.
Primary Responsibilities
Fleet Management•Develop and implement comprehensive fleet maintenance programs and scheduling systems
•Involved with preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacement of fleet vehicles and equipment
•Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for fleet maintenance
•Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics and vehicle utilization data
•Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards
•Coordinate vehicle assignments and optimize fleet deployment
Qualifications (Desired)
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fleet Management, Facilities Management, or related field
•Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet operations and/or management
•Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
•Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification
•OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification
Certifications (Desired)
1. Commercial Driver's License (CDL) - Class A or B
2. ASE Certification in at least two of the following:
- T1 - Gasoline Engines
- T2 - Diesel Engines
- T4 - Brakes
- T8 - Preventive Maintenance Inspection
3. OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification

Schedule: Full-time, occasional on-call duties required
Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
