Financial Controller

Our team is seeking a detailed-oriented, Senior Level Controller who will be responsible for financial operations and reporting for multiple small entities. Job responsibilities will include: financial reporting and tax readiness; budgeting and forecasting; oversite of AR, AP, payroll processing; credit card entries; oversight of audits; cash flow management; reconciliation of accounts.

A successful candidate should have the following qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting

- CPA preferred

- 10+ years experience as Controller or in performing the functions listed above.

- Proven experience maintaining records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring tax compliance.

- Strong proficiency with accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks) and Microsoft Excel

- Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy

- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- A trustworthy and ethical professional who can handle sensitive financial information confidentially.

Position is considered Full-Time, with a Monday-Friday work schedule.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
