As our Controller, you will be the driving force behind all financial reporting, accounting operations, and internal controls. Your expertise will ensure accurate, timely financial insights that support strategic decision-making and keep our organization on a strong, compliant financial foundation. Key Responsibilities

- Lead the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Ensure full compliance with GAAP and all relevant regulatory requirements.

- Oversee seamless month-end and year-end close processes.

- Manage all audit activities, coordinating directly with external auditors and tax advisors.

- Develop, implement, and optimize accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions with strong supporting documentation.

- Partner with the executive team to build and manage the annual budget and forecasting models.

- Deliver meaningful financial analysis, insights, and variance reporting to support strategic planning.

- Monitor performance against targets and provide clear, actionable explanations for variances.

- Maintain strong banking relationships and support financing activities as needed.

- Help optimize cash flow and ensure financial stability across the organization.

- Maintain a robust system of internal controls to protect company assets and ensure data accuracy.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks and implement corrective actions where needed.

- Stay current on changing accounting standards and regulations, recommending adjustments proactively.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- Proven experience as a Controller or senior-level accounting leader

- Strong proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems

- Deep understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal control frameworks

- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
