- Perform on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of industrial machinery including hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical components within manufacturing facilities.
- Use schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ammeters and ohmmeters to identify issues accurately.
- Operate and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low voltage systems, and high voltage equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, maintenance history, and parts inventory.
- Support technical sales efforts by providing expert advice on equipment performance and maintenance solutions.
- Analyze system performance data to recommend improvements or preventative maintenance schedules.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer service by communicating effectively with clients during service visits and providing timely updates on work progress.
- Proven experience working in industrial maintenance within manufacturing facilities or similar environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by experience with hydraulics, electrical systems (including high voltage), and schematics interpretation.
- Excellent analysis skills for diagnosing complex mechanical or electrical issues quickly.
- Strong customer service orientation with clear communication skills in English; military background or industrial mechanic experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel frequently between job sites; experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments highly desirable.
