Field Service Technician
Windsor, CO
$26–$28/hour (based on experience)
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Overtime and on-call rotation as needed
The Field Service Technician provides hands-on field support to Account Managers and customers. This role involves daily travel to customer sites, primarily in oilfield environments, to collect samples, monitor chemical usage, and maintain equipment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and able to work independently in the field.
- Travel to customer locations to perform field service work
- Collect water and oilfield samples from wellheads and production sites
- Conduct water analysis and accurately document findings
- Monitor chemical levels, check and adjust feed rates, and maintain inventory
- Troubleshoot and repair chemical pumps and related equipment
- Deliver chemicals to customer locations as needed
- Complete daily reports and maintain accurate records
- Build strong relationships with customers and support Account Managers
- Maintain strict adherence to all safety policies and procedures
- Minimum 2 years of oilfield experience, including work with high-pressure wells
- Mechanical aptitude required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Forklift certification preferred
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency (data entry, web navigation, reporting)
- Customer Service: Responsive, professional, and solution-oriented
- Work Ethic: Reliable, accountable, and safety-focused
- Lift and carry at least 50 lbs
- Move 55-gallon drums (up to 600 lbs) using proper equipment
- Combination of indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Frequent driving required
- Exposure to industrial/oilfield environments
- Required use of PPE, including hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots, hearing protection, and H2S monitor
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Must comply with all company policies and safety procedures
- Subject to random drug and alcohol testing
- Must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations
