As our installed base continues to grow, high-quality field service and deployment capability are essential to delivering a strong customer experience.
In this role, you will be a hands-on technical resource supporting customers across North America. You will spend a significant amount of time at customer sites performing service, troubleshooting, commissioning, and deployment work, while also supporting assembly and operational activities in Duncan, SC when not traveling.
· Keeping customer operations running through responsive and effective field service support
· Supporting successful installation and launch of FlexQube solutions at customer sites
· Strengthening product quality and service readiness through close collaboration with operations and engineering
You are a hands-on problem solver who enjoys field work, customer interaction, and practical technical challenges. You take pride in representing your company professionally and in getting equipment running safely and reliably.
You are comfortable with frequent travel, changing priorities, and working in both customer-facing and shop-floor environments. You are resourceful, mechanically minded, and able to work independently while also collaborating well with engineers, operations, and customer teams
o Perform service, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and warranty-related work at customer sites across the USA and, when needed, Canada.
o Diagnose mechanical, electrical, controls, and system issues on FlexQube carts, LiftRunner, TranspoFix, AGVs, AMRs, and related products.
o Document findings, corrective actions, and recommended follow-up in a clear and professional manner.
o Support commissioning, installation, startup, and deployment of FlexQube solutions at customer facilities.
o Carry out smaller assembly tasks, adjustments, and on-site configurations required to complete a successful installation.
o Work closely with Application Engineers and other cross-functional colleagues during deployments and customer launches.
o Travel up to 80% of the time based on customer demand, project schedules, and service priorities.
o Represent FlexQube professionally at customer sites and contribute to a safe, efficient, and customer-focused service experience.
o Support urgent field issues, planned service visits, commissioning events, and production-critical customer needs.
o When not traveling, work from FlexQube Operations in Duncan, SC supporting assembly and preparation of carts, LiftRunner, TranspoFix, AGVs, AMRs, and other offered products.
o Assist with pre-delivery checks, product testing, quality verification, rework, packaging support, and readiness for shipment.
o Help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient operational environment in partnership with operations and engineering teams.
o Provide field feedback to engineering, operations, and service leadership to improve product quality, installation methods, and serviceability.
o Support creation and improvement of work instructions, service procedures, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
o Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that strengthen FlexQube’s service capability and customer satisfaction.
o Follow FlexQube and customer safety procedures, site rules, travel requirements, and documentation standards.
o Maintain accurate service reports, expense reporting, time reporting, and other administrative requirements connected to field assignments.
o Ensure tools, equipment, and service materials are maintained and ready for travel and customer work.
