We are looking for a highly motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our growing exterior cleaning team. This role focuses on generating new business by engaging directly with homeowners and presenting our window cleaning and solar panel cleaning services.
This is a fast-paced, performance-driven position ideal for individuals who are confident, resilient, and eager to earn based on results.
- Prospect neighborhoods by going door-to-door to introduce services
- Communicate the value of clean windows and properly maintained solar panels
- Build rapport quickly with homeowners and overcome objections
- Provide on-the-spot quotes and close sales in the field
- Track leads, follow up with potential customers, and maintain organized records
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals
- Represent the company with professionalism and positive energy
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales with a focus on direct customer engagement.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to effectively present products and close deals.
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce for managing customer data and tracking sales activities.
- Ability to generate leads through cold calling, door knocking, and community networking efforts.
- Demonstrated success in territory management, business development, and account management.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with product demos can be advantageous for explaining complex solutions.
