Fabricator/Welder

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fabrication processes and welding techniques, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves working with various materials and tools to create high-quality products that meet our specifications and standards.

Duties

- Fabricate metal components according to blueprints and specifications.

- Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, or stick welding techniques.

- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery including press brake machines and plasma cutting equipment.

- Assemble fabricated parts into final products.

- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards.

- Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations during fabrication.

- Safely operate forklifts to move materials around the work area.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

- Proficient in welding techniques and fabrication processes.

- Experience with machining and operating various hand tools and power tools.

- Familiarity with press brake machines and plasma cutting equipment is preferred.

- Strong assembly skills with attention to detail.

- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.

- Forklift operation experience is beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
