Welder/Fabricator

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be efficient in welding operations, ensuring quality and efficiency in the fabrication process.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints to plan welding projects

- Fabricate and assemble metal structures using various welding techniques

- Operate and maintain welding equipment such as Press brake machines

- Utilize hand tools and mechanical knowledge to complete welding tasks

- Inspect finished products for quality assurance

- Train and mentor junior welders on proper techniques

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure project deadlines are met

Qualifications

- Proven experience in welding, fabrication, and assembly

- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings

- Ability to operate a crane, forklift, and other machinery as needed

- Strong knowledge of various welding techniques and equipment

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Starting wage $22 - $24 Per hour Wage increase dependent on ability , only those considered will be contacted

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
