Fabricator/Welder

Full-Time Position: Fabricator No Experience Required

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our company as a Fabricator, capable of performing various duties across different departments. Our company is a miscellaneous metal contractor specializing in residential construction projects. We fabricate and install wrought iron and aluminum products, including stair and balcony railings, pedestrian and driveway gates, spiral and floating stairs, decorative louvers, and more.

Job Description:

As a Fabricator, you will perform various functions in support of welding works. While experience is preferred, we are willing to train the ideal candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Utilize fabricator skills in a construction field, preferably with experience in railing, balcony railing, pedestrian and driveway gates, and stairs installation.

- Exhibit strong measurement and problem-solving skills.

- Demonstrate proficiency in using a variety of common tools, including but not limited to tape measures, cordless drills and impact drivers, chop saws, core drills, grinders, etc.

- Display a strong attention to detail, with the ability to perform precise measuring, assembly, and installation tasks safely and on schedule.

- Maintain safe work habits in job site/construction environments.

- Read and interpret shop drawings accurately.

- Work comfortably and safely in high places.

- Possess the fitness to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.

- Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment for efficient operations.

- Wear appropriate protective clothing in compliance with safety protocols.

- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude, conducting oneself with integrity and professionalism. Treat customers and co-workers courteously and respectfully.

Qualifications:

- No experience required, but preferred.

- Salary is dependent upon experience and training level.
