Primary Function:

- Gas metal arc welding (GMAW) short arc and spray transfer on mild steel

- 90% of the work is jig work on a production line

Job Duties and Responsibilites:

- Read and interprets blueprints to determine specific welding requirements.

- Welds in flat, horizontal and vertical positions.

- Positions and clamps workpieces together or assembles them in jig or fixtures.

- Tacks assemblies together.

- Move parts in and moves finished product out of welding area.

- Maintain company Vision, Mission and Values to achieve ownership opportunities for all employees

Job Requirements:

- A qualified candidate will have a high school diploma, GED, or at least 1-3 months related experience.

- Must be able to read a tape measure.

- Must be able to run a plasma cutter.

- Must be able to operate an angle grinder.

- Operate a forklift.

- Must be able to stand continuously for a 10 hour shift and lift up to 50lbs.

- Must be able to pass a physical strength test to perform the job.

- Ability to work in varying temperatures and levels of humidity.

- Personal protective equipment will be provided by Triple C Manufacturing, Inc. and must be worn in required areas.
