- Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment strategies using performance dashboards, AI-assisted reporting, and hiring funnel insights.

- Personally execute targeted sourcing and recruiting efforts for high-priority, niche, or time-sensitive technical roles to ensure speed and quality of delivery.

Team Leadership and Management:

- Lead the adoption and effective use of AI-assisted recruiting tools to improve recruiter productivity, sourcing accuracy, and candidate engagement.

- Coach and develop recruiters on best practices for responsible AI usage, including prompt-based sourcing, resume screening tools, and candidate communication support.

- Promote continuous improvement by evaluating emerging recruiting technologies and integrating those that align with business needs.

- Lead by example by actively recruiting alongside the team, demonstrating best practices in sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and requisition management.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to translate data-driven hiring insights and AI-supported talent intelligence into actionable staffing strategies.

- Use market data and AI-supported analysis to set realistic hiring expectations, timelines, and talent availability forecasts with clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and field employees/contractors through both personal recruiting activity and team oversight to enhance talent acquisition efforts.

Recruitment Process Oversight:

- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for contingent roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.

- Directly manage a portfolio of open requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for assigned roles.

- Ensure a smooth candidate experience that reflects positively on the company’s brand and values.

- Maintain and manage Bullhorn candidate database accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role focused on contingent or temporary staffing.

- Proven track record of personally filling technical or engineering roles while leading recruiting teams (player-coach experience strongly preferred).

- Demonstrated ability to adapt to and lead the adoption of technology-enabled recruiting tools, including AI-supported platforms.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
