The Customer Service/Sales Representative will play a key role in enhancing our customer experience with support for our sales operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and values strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate product deliveries and prepare related invoices
- Support the sales team and assist customers with inquiries and troubleshooting
- Resolve vendor invoice discrepancies and assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
- Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships
- Dependable, positive, and committed to high‑quality work
- Professional communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Basic proficiency with MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with basic math
