The
Service Sales Representativeis responsible for cultivating, nurturing, and maintaining long-term relationships with end users within an assigned territory. You will evaluate customer needs and assess product and service marketability to drive business growth. You will set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals while strategically identifying and pursuing targeted markets and opportunities. You will be responsible for business development across all product offerings and services, ensuring market share expansion. You will anticipate and resolve product and service issues, providing exceptional customer support. You will develop and present detailed reports via the CRM system to track progress and performance. This position requires frequent travel, with up to 80% of the time spent on the road.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities Of The Service Sales Position
- Cultivate, nurture, and maintain long term relationships with end users.

- Grow market share within assigned territory. Set and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals and objectives.

- Ability to develop and present clear, detail-oriented reports via the CRM system.
- This position requires travel 80% of the time.
- Associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a customer facing roleCompensation
Wolverine Power Systems is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including short-term and long-term incentives.
