We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support, primarily by phone although we do have customers stop in from time to time. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will be a very positive team player that possesses strong phone etiquette, data entry skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and typing speed and accuracy. Prefer experience with Excel, Word, and QuickBooks but we are willing to train the right person.
This is a professional office position available for an established company. The schedule is Monday - Friday from 9 AM – 4:30 PM with 1-hour non-paid lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Business casual dress Monday- Thursday. Casual Fridays (jeans okay on Fridays).
*Candidates must be available M-F 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM to cover when others are gone.

The right candidate will be extremely reliable, very personable, in search of a position that offers a variety of tasks, capable of typing at least 35 words per minute, and available Mon-Fri 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with availability to stay on a rare occasion until 5:00 PM when needed without hesitation.
Primary job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Data Entry
- Answering Phones
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers with their needs.
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer requests.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system utilizing QuickBooks Desktop Premier
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns and improve service processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Generate Shipping Labels
- Filing
- Assist owner with a variety of both professional and personal tasks
- Opportunities for more detailed work based on abilities
