Coombs Gas is a family owned and operated propane company which has been serving the propane needs of families and businesses across Mississippi and Tennessee since 1969. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Aberdeen, Mississippi office.

Job Description

Job Summary: We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team! Coombs Gas is a family owned and operated propane company which has been serving the propane needs of families and businesses across Mississippi and Tennessee since 1969. As a Customer Service Representative, you have the opportunity to engage with and assist our customers across Mississippi and Tennessee in order to best fulfill their needs.

Primary Responsibilities

- Serve customers by answering phone calls, processing payments, and scheduling service.

- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.

- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording and updating account information.

- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
