This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Brandon, MB. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions, processing orders, and maintaining customer records.
- Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support
- Skills in managing Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Previous experience in the steel or manufacturing industry is beneficial
