Pittsburgh, PAlocation. This full-time, on-site position plays a critical role in ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency across our customer base.
The ideal candidate will be a
customer service professionalwith a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role involves managing customer orders, coordinating with internal departments, and serving as a key point of contact for client communications.
- Process and manage customer orders from entry through delivery.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Collaborate with production and traffic departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records and proactively communicate order status and updates.
- Support internal teams with customer-related information and issue resolution.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Proficiency in basic mathematics and computer systems (ERP experience is a plus).
- High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
